Some 150 people work at TeekensKarstens, spread across the offices in Leiden, Alphen aan den Rijn and Lisse, in roles varying from solicitor or notary to legal, debt collection and bankruptcy staff, clerks, notarial staff, secretaries and managers.

TeekensKarstens is the trade name of the partnership TeekensKarstens solicitors and the private company with limited liability TeekensKarstens Notarissen B.V., the 13 partners of which are associates / shareholders.
The executive board of TeekensKarstens is made up of a Board, comprising a Chairman of the Board as well as a notary and a solicitor, both members of the Board. Currently serving on the Board are:
