We are looking for a smart and committed Secretaresse (full-time/part-time) for our office in Leiden.

Your role As a secretary you will work together with other secretaries within various divisions. You will prepare case files and keep them up-to-date. You will put together reports, draw up correspondence and documents, deal with telephone calls and manage diaries. You will assist and support. All in all, you will constitute the organizational pivot within the practice of the solicitor(s) for whom you'll be working. Profile and experience We're looking for an enthusiastic team player who is eager to learn and has an affinity for ‘law’. As a minimum, you will have completed general secondary education (HAVO in the Netherlands) with some (relevant) work experience, or you will be busy completing a relevant intermediate vocational course (MBO in the Netherlands).
